1st Floor Getaway A Short Walk From the Beach & Boardwalk!

This is a 1st floor getaway - 2 Bedroom, 1 bath unit and extra outside shower. Prime location at 806 Delancey Place (one way street) in the North End of Ocean City, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Includes 4 beach tags. One bedroom has bunk beds and a single; second bedroom has a queen bed. You must bring your own sheets, towels, soups, toilet paper, and paper towels. Central Air. washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is free on Delancey Place street and the surrounding blocks. There is NOT a reserved spot for the unit and parking can be difficult on busy weeks/weekends

No pets, parties, or smoking allowed. This voids your lease. If you are booking you must be staying there. If you are a smoker please do not book as this whole property is non smoking both inside and outside. Any smoke smell inside the property after will result in a $1,000 fine for the additional cleaning and if reported prior voids your stay. You cannot book for someone else and must be 27 minimum age and staying there to book. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID at the unit and will cancel with no refund if you are booking for someone else to stay when you are not there. There is a camera for outside security (this is over the garage and does not face your unit in any way)

As a reminder you need to bring your own sheets for the beds, bring your own towels, and pillow covers as is standard in Ocean City due to the short turnover time. The cleaning fee we charge is the exact same fee they charge us, however, please note this is not a hotel, they come to clean once and the turnover time is short. If you're interested in negotiating the rates/cleaning fee just book another property. Please don't hesitate, though, to reach out if you have any questions.
