Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire apartment, entertainment room, washer/dryer, outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and access to your own streaming apps on the smart TV.

Other Things to Note:
1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please include them in the Guest Count of your search, and let us know.
2) There is one Smart TV in the living room. Please note that we do not have cable TV.
3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not exceed a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying.
4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21.
5) Please also note that while fully renovated and modernized, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace.
6) As we are located in a city, parking is at a premium. We have limited parking available in front of the building, but not for more than (1) car. We are working on obtaining visitor parking permits to allow for street parking as well.
7) At this time the faucet in the bar area only distributes cold water. We are having this upgraded soon to offer both temperatures.
