This beautifully decorated 2nd floor duplex/condo has all the amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all new appliances great for entertaining after those long lazy days at the beach. Nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Just 88 steps to the beach and no busy street to cross. Park your car and forget it. Take the kids one block to the Sandcastle playground, tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts, or stroll the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Two large decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. You are close to the ocean you can hear it at night. The property is kept CLEAN at all times and shows pride of ownership. You are within a 30 minute drive to local destinations like, Atlantic City Casinos, Cape May County Park and Zoo. Ocean City America's Greatest Family Resort. Enjoy your home away from home.

Great Beach Rental!

This is lovely home in a great location. It’s decorated beautifully and is very well stocked with everything. It’s an easy walk to the beach and loved the updated kitchen and baths. We hope to come back and stay again at this terrific rental!

Beautiful Place

We loved this place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was nice that small amenities were provided - tp, dishwashing liquid, trash bags. The hosts were very timely in responding to questions. We also really love the location - close to beach and shopping.

Beautiful house and great location

This property was wonderful. It was so close to the beach and made it so easy to get back and forth. I have small children so it was nice to be able to come back easily for lunch and naps from the beach. The tvs in every room we're great, and the house had everything we need. It was clean and everything was in working order. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was good and as described except not being familiar with the area I didn’t realize it was as far from the boardwalk as it was. We could still walk there but it was a bit farther than we would have liked.

Girls Weekend

We decided to spend a girls weekend in OCNJ celebrating 30 years of friendship. This house was perfect. The location, cleanliness and layout of the condo was perfect for groups. We loved the ocean view and sea breeze off the back deck! Loved that it’s a short walk to the 34th street beach and that you can walk to eat, shop and play. We will be back! That’s a promise. Nice property

The home is in an ideal location! They don’t tell you ahead of time that linens are not provided which is inconvenient to find out the day before. I had to go out and buy appropriate size sheets. Also they don’t tell you ahead of time you are expected to remake all beds, empty all garbages and sweep and vacuum floors prior to departure as well as wiping down all surfaces. That came as a bit of a shock to us. If we had been told prior to booking that would have been fine but to spring it on people isn’t ideal Overall home is great in great location but too many other rentals around to choose from. I would not stay again due to the lack of communication of their expectations.

We loved staying at this property. Had 2 young children with us so being so close to the beach was great. Found fun stuff for the kids just 1 and 2 blocks from condo. One night of karoke and another night of parking lot dancing just for the kids. Condo really clean and felt so comfortable. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beach home.

Lovely home that is beautifully updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together reconnecting with family and making more ocnj memories. Perfect space to house our kiddos and two sets of inlaws. Just a half block walk to the beach. Hosts were super easy to work with especially when we asked for a last minute extension due to an unexpected loss in our family in the days leading up to the funeral.

The Ocean City house was very clean and well maintained. It has everything necessary for our stay. It was vlose to.the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and a putt-putt golf.

We had a wonderful stay! The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Still Terrific

We stayed at this property two Falls ago and loved it and it is even better now as the owners were very responsive to replacing twin bed beds that are so soft and wonderful. I wanted to take them home with me. Access to the beach to good food and shopping within walking distance All contributes to contentment here and makes us never wanna leave. Thanks to Mark and Peggy.
