"We had a great view from our spacious room which had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was good and the view from the restaurant was also great. We chose the Executive floor which was nice. The serving size offerings at the lounge were a bit small but there were many to choose from. The service in the lounge was slow."

"The location was the best. The check-in process was not guest friendly. You had to scan your passport and that is not quite easy for seniors that we were with. Also, it's the only hotel that did that and it was time consuming and so inconvenient. The rooms were clean and the location was really good."

"Rooms are small but clean and location is very good and easy to get around Tokyo. Breakfast was fantastic you can go with a smaller buffet and eggs to order at the Annex or the big buffet at the main hotel across the street. "

"Convenient laundry room. Washer and dryer. The cost is charged by the weight of clothes. The staff was friendly and professional. Foreigner friendly, spoke English. Everything overall great, I must agree with some reviews mentioning a smell. It smelled like sewer every time we entered our room. I also agree, the rooms were clean! Depending on your stay, you are asked how many times would you like them to come in to clean. Otherwise, you get daily towels, robes and one water bottle per guest left at your front door. Also, one thing I may add if you lose your key card you are charged 1,100 yen per card lost on your check out. Read over policies carefully. The location was ok, away from main area but everything within 15-20 min walk. Convenient 7-eleven within 4 min walk. I also, highly recommend the Thai Massage place near by (Chill Chill Massage Asakusa). Overall, it was a good stay. Comfortable mattress and amenities were great too! I found a last minute deal as we were already in Osaka flying into Tokyo and everything in the area was booked or overpriced for our budget. "
