Complete failure by the front desk staff. Booked a room at 9:00 pm for late arrival. Arrived at the hotel and they were overbooked and there was no room available after I paid (non-refundable) through Expedia. Staff said there was nothing she could do. I had to cancel reservation at the time of check-in because their pool and hot tub were closed- for 3 weeks! I had to find another accommodation same day. Would’ve been nice to get a call ahead of check-in to inform me of the facilities being closed.

The socialists killed yet another town.
Very modern yet quaint town.
Very close to Pontiac. We have family in Pontiac and very convenient to visit them and come back to hotel in 10 min.
Complicated roads, no walking distance restaurants, etc.
