Beautiful home with 180' of Lakefront!
- Renovated spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and tons of room to spread out. The home sits on over 1.5 acres where you are on 180' of waterfront. The kitchen is well equipped for the cook, there are books and movies for rainy days, covered porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee, patio that extends the length of the home to enjoy a bbq or have a small fire in the breeo stove, a boat house with Adirondack chairs to enjoy to sunset and a dock to fish off or tie a boat to.
The home is located in the Finger Lakes wine country and has easy access to downtown Auburn only 4 miles away for restaurants and shopping. Only 1.5 miles away from Emerson Park and a public boat launch, and 6 miles from downtown Skaneateles for more restaurants and entertainment . There is also tons of hiking and biking trails less than 30 min away. Being on the East side of the lake you can always stay on the property and enjoy some amazing sunsets.
