"The hotel is new and everything is spotless and clean, the beds are comfortable. I booked this room for my teenage son and I because we were attending a concert. I booked it 3 months in advance and paid at booking. When checking in, I was told to use the self check in kiosk, which took a $200 deposit. ..."
