Striking family home with outdoor dining, views over Ngataringa bay, bbq, spa pool, large italian themed backyard, fire pit and double kayak at the waterfront. Front bedroom and Green bedroom have desks. Wifi available in all rooms. Printer in Front bedroom.

Devonport village and it’s many restaurants and shops is a 5 minute drive or 30 min stroll.
Catch a ferry to Auckland city from Devonport wharf.
Narrow Neck, Cheltenham Beaches are also 5 min drive or 30 minute walk away. Takapuna beach 15 min drive.

PLease wipe the bbq, load the dishwasher, and pop your rubbish out please. Large bins go streetside on Monday nights.
PLease turn off heating, spa and all lights. Lock all windows and doors
