This stunning apartment has everything you need if you are popping in for a quick work trip or explore the beautiful city and just need a little more room! Newly renovated, this apartment has excellent natural light and a sizable bedrooms which is separated by the main living area, with one bedroom featuring an ensuite offering ultimate privacy. The balcony features a sea view and true to size with your carpark onsite.

The property is in the perfect location, you have a countdown right next door, a petrol station next door, Britomart train station 3 minute walk away and a 3 minute walk away from some of Auckland's most loved restaurants, cafes and bars. Quick access to the southern and northern motorways.

Check-in is available 24/7 but you must register before 8pm the day of check in and you will collect your access keys via a lock box offsite.
To complete your booking, the head guest must provide photo ID verification (18+ only, matching booking name), agree to house rules, and pay the security deposit before property access is granted.
