The Space:
The main house boasts two spacious living rooms, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite with an ensuite. Just a short distance up the hill is Moa Runga, a contemporary standalone villa that delivers exceptional views and privacy minutes from the vibrant village. Here, you can unwind on the deck, enveloped by nature, in a fully self-contained oasis featuring open-plan living and an exquisite bathroom. Both houses offer breathtaking rural and sea views from their decks, which seamlessly connect to inviting outdoor seating areas.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - Queen bed, Moa Runga Bedroom - King bed

Please Note: A compulsory exit clean of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $20 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Ideally located near Oneroa Village, you’ll enjoy unrivalled access to shops, charming cafes, and award-winning restaurants like Mudbrick and Cable Bay, along with fantastic opportunities for swimming and boating. Waiheke Island is undeniably your ultimate destination for a refreshing getaway!

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Third bedroom is in a separate stand-alone villa.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
