The room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The issue was that the hotel was supposed to mail 24 hours in advance to give instructions on how to get into the building and how to get the key from the lockbox. They did not email. I had to contact hotels.com and they had to contact the hotel in my behalf. If you forget this and show up you will not be getting into your room.

Onehugu Suites are in the heart of town. Close to shops and plenty of dining options. The suites are well maintained and very clean. Only issue we had was Google maps putting us in the carpark at the rear of the property. But communication was faultless and a quick phone call put us in the right place to access the apartments. Park option was gold with a sign in tablet to validate the parking.

The bathroom smelt really bad. There was no air vent so everything was steamy. The rest of the place was fantastic and not having to go to reception and deal with people is fantastic

The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms.
