A luxuriously renovated 30m2 studio apartment within the iconic art deco Heritage Hotel. Carefully designed with your comfort in mind.

A total renovation with designer furniture and fixtures, quality appliances and personalized touches. A high stud, large steel window and polished matai wood floors contribute to the character of this 1914 apartment.

Sleep well in the super comfortable bed with quality linens. Black out drapes and sheers mean you can sleep any time of day.

There is a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix. The wardrobe has drawers and hanging space for you to unpack.

The dining/work area can seat two on comfortable swivel chairs.
Internet is unlimited fibre.

Within walking distance, you have some of the best eateries Auckland has on offer, but if you’d prefer a night at home, your apartment boasts a fully functional kitchen. Fitted out with all new quality appliances and accessories. Compact oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, small fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine. A full range of cooking equipment, utensils, crockery and glasses are supplied. For your ease and enjoyment complimentary pantry items, milk, biscuits, teas and coffees(plunger, instant, capsules) are provided - enjoy.

After the gym, pool, spa and sauna you may still want to unwind in your luxurious spacious shower-room. Drench yourself under the rain-shower in the over-sized shower while enjoying the NZ toiletries provided. Finish off with a warm towel from the heated towel rail.

Adjust the temperature to suit your preference with the central heating and air-conditioning controller. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort too.

Coin operated guest laundry facilities are located on the same floor, laundry detergent is provided.

Swipe key access via three elevators from the main foyer. Security cameras in communal foyers and lifts. 24hr security.

Parking: The apartment does not have a private carpark. I am happy to provide information on the public car-parking options nearby - the closest public carpark is next door.

This private apartment is located within a building shared by the 'Heritage Hotel Auckland' but is not managed by the Heritage Hotel.
Private apartment guests may use all the facilities of the building (pools, spas, tennis) but cannot use the services of the hotel staff - no room service, valet parking, hotel luggage or hotel check-in services.

Guest Access:
The Heritage Farmers and Heritage Towers are both part of the Heritage Hotel. As a guest in the Heritage Farmers you get to enjoy the exceptional shared facilities of both.
