"Booked a room 7 months in advance, was given a completely different room upon check-in, of lesser value. Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Towels and bath mat were stained and mold in the shower, was very disappointing."
