The building was in disrepair. The tub was dirty and roaches in room. The walls needed repaired. The staff on duty when arrived was very accommodating and helpful. If the building had been taken care of this would have been a great stay

Front desk was very friendly. Property is old and needs help.
Rooms are large, clean and quiet despite nearby main thoroughfare. The Staff is friendly and helpful. usually around the property and monitors the area via on-site and CCT Surveillance for added safety.
Most customers are passing-through overnight or weekly Road & Construction Crews working locally, out during the day and pleasant evenings.
Parts of the hotel are undergoing renovations from Oct-2024 Hurricane Damage with little impact on convenience to guests or amenities.

My husband was here for work to help with hurricane Helene. I came to visit him and we stayed here. We did have a few issues but the staff was so nice and did everything they vould to help us. We just felt blessed to have somewhere to stay during this tragic disaster.

The room is a bit dated. It was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was a Jacuzzi tub but all the Jets and stuff were out so we didn’t even bother filling it it was as good as better than expected for the money if you’re just looking for a place to get six or seven hours of sleep, it worked out well
On line pictures of the hotel was great. Got there is was nothing like the pictures shown online. We had 4 rooms at this location. 1 room had limited lighting in the room. 1 room the tv didn't work. No one came to clean none of the rooms while we visited this location. We checked in on Friday left on Sunday. This location also said they had breakfast which that was not true. Over all it was ok but needs to improve the stay wound have been much better. The guy that checked us in he was very nice.
The staff was great. The conditions of the building, not so much. In the first room we were put in, there was no AC and no remote for the TV. In the next room, there is no smoke detection and no extra lock on the door. The shower leaked all over the floor. Had a second room my kids stayed in and the shower did the same thing.

We stayed here Masters week when our rental property fell through at the last minute. We were told they hold back rooms for walk-ins just for situations like ours. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. The property overall is older and a bit run down, but they cleaned up very well considering. Fresh sheets, linens and towels. Welcome refreshments and breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent location. Thank you
The property had a lot of activity happening most of the night in the parking lot. There were roaches in the room. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Now the staff was excellent and very helpful.
Room smelled of mold and mildew. Bug was dead in the fridge. Toliet ran all night long. Not breakfast was available. A pack of waffle were in a fridge to heat up without a sanitary way to do so. Also the juice machine wasn't working. Worst hotel I've ever been to! Employee who checked me in was best part of stay.
The lady at the front desk was super nice and offered a “deluxe “ room since I actually only needed one bed since the double hadn’t been cleaned yet.
However, when I got into the room- the blanket on the bed looked like an oversized curtain and had burn holes all in it (which it was a smoking room but still), the curtain hanging up had holes all in it with tissue (toilet paper) stuck in them, the furniture was really outdated (drawers falling apart and such), the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. Go into the bathroom- duct tape all over the place holding tiles and the curtain rod together. There was a jacuzzi tub that could not be used because there was no stopper and it looked like someone had walked all in it and hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The toilet seat had urine on it.
Just overall filthy. I would’ve thought at least in that part of town it would’ve been a lot nicer and cleaner!
Noisy, okay for a smoking room, tv didn’t work initially and only can view one channel. Other than that, we stay to ourselves and try to ignore the traffic.
This whole hotel was disgusting. I booked a non smokers room & they didn’t have it available.
I went in the room and the bed had stain on it. The bath tub was smeared with black stains. The mirrors had streaks all over them. The microwave had mold in it as well as the refrigerator. The door knobs in the room were sticky from idk what. I asked for a refund and they said the room was fine. Not to mention the room smelt disgusting as well and the front door wouldn’t close all the way
