Detached single-family home with a terrace, sauna, and XL beach chair, located right next to the Tannenhausen swimming lake. It features a beautiful private beach, reserved exclusively for guests staying in the vacation homes in this resort.

The house is cozy and modernly furnished. It is fully tiled and equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.

The sauna on the first floor offers you the chance to unwind even on days when the weather isn’t great. After your sauna session, you can relax comfortably or cool off in a beach chair with a view of the beautiful swimming lake—or maybe even take a dip in it?

The house features a modern kitchen equipped with everything a vacationer could wish for, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (each guest is provided with a pack of Nespresso capsules as a welcome gift), coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more.

Living/dining room: Corner sofa with table, dining table for up to 6 people, sideboard, flat-screen satellite TV.
2 bedrooms upstairs: One has a double bed, wardrobe, and flat-screen satellite TV, and the other has two single beds and a dresser. The children’s room also has a variety of board games. Both bedrooms can be darkened using electric exterior blinds.

The bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower, sauna, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The upstairs bathroom also has a shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the swimming lake from the beach chair. The terrace is, of course, furnished, and a grill is also available.

Two bicycles are available in the brick storage shed (subject to availability, used at your own risk). There is also an electrical outlet here for any e-bikes you may bring.

Two parking spaces are located right outside the door.

A high chair and a crib are available free of charge upon request.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rent for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

Nearby, you’ll also find an outdoor swimming pool with a playground, as well as boat and bike rentals. A beach café also offers a place to eat, drink, and relax. Anglers will find plenty to enjoy here as well. The highlight is the waterskiing facility (wakeboarding facility) built in 2017, complete with a beach bar for all ages!
The surrounding area is beautiful. It offers well-maintained biking and hiking trails. Day trips to nearby islands are possible from Norddeich by ferry to the islands of Norderney or Juist and to the seal colonies. From Emden, you can take the ferry or catamaran to the North Sea island of Borkum. Greetsiel is also worth a day trip. Shopping towns such as Aurich, Leer, and Emden are easily accessible by car. A special highlight nearby: the Meyer Shipyard in Papenburg or the Kunsthalle in Emden.
