  • Our modern, newly renovated vacation rental on the upper floor of our house offers approximately 65 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to 7 people, and is ideal for families, friends, or groups traveling together. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with a cozy sofa set, dining area, and a small bar counter. The sofa set can also be used as a sleeping area for two people. The very well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and offers everything you need to prepare meals together. The living and dining area also opens onto a small balcony. A total of three separate bedrooms are available for restful nights. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds, while another bedroom has one single bed. Together with the sleeping space in the living area, the vacation rental can accommodate up to 7 people. The spacious and newly renovated bathroom features a modern shower and toilet. The apartment also features a guest restroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your entire stay. The hallway also houses a washer and dryer, which provide added convenience, especially during longer stays. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. A parking space is available right at the property. Storage space is provided for bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you. Your dog is also welcome here. Pets are allowed upon prior notice and for a fee of €7.50 per night. Our stylish and cozy vacation rental is located in Aurich, in the quiet neighborhood of Pfalzdorf. Its central location in East Frisia makes it an ideal starting point for vacationers, technicians, and business travelers. Aurich’s downtown is within easy reach, and the East Frisian North Sea coast, with its popular coastal towns and beaches, is only about a 30- to 40-minute drive away. Excursions to Emden, Norden, or the East Frisian islands are also easy to undertake from here. At the same time, you can enjoy the peace and open spaces of the East Frisian countryside in Pfalzdorf.
