"The hotel itself is nice, although we didn’t receive one of the best rooms. The property is clean and has potential, but unfortunately our overall experience has been a little disappointing. The biggest reason for my low rating is the customer service and the food, especially at the buffet. We have stayed at all the other Solaris resorts in Cancun, and the service and food there have been significantly better. "The property is old, but on the beach, and the price reflects this. As far as the room i had this time, it was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was off the charts. Bathroom was stocked appropriately. Beds were comfortable, mini split A/c worked fine. We had a nice view of the beach and pool. The pool bar and staff was on point.
