Charming 2BR Retreat - Prime Location in central Austin; spacious yard.

  • Tastefully updated 1300 sq ft, 2 bedroom home with spacious living areas. Large fenced backyard, plus patio, BBQ. All stainless steel appliances. Quiet family friendly neighborhood located conveniently near Mopac. Quick 7 minute drive to downtown Austin and Town Lake or The Domain. Built-in desk/workspace available in 2nd bedroom. Doggie door to the backyard, dogs welcome! (Sorry no cats allowed) Walk or ride bike to restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Carport/driveway and street parking available. **There is an airstream trailer on the property that is fenced separately from the house and separately from the backyard. The gate to access the airstream is on the right side of the property. It is not currently in use as it is still being renovated.
