Welcome to The Aspen, a stunning two-story, 1,200-square-foot private estate designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. This spacious retreat features 1 Private Bedroom upstairs and 2 bunks in a private area—perfect for guests seeking privacy.
The bathroom is complete with a Very Large Marble Shower, vanity, and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Viking refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave oven, stainless steel sink, Full Ferrari (yes, Ferrari makes a stove), Gas stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
The main living area offers a cozy space to relax, featuring a 60-inch TV and 2 couches, and a 6-person booth-style dining room table.
Upstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom with a 50-inch TV, ideal for relaxing entertainment. Also, 2 bunks in the same room with a 50-inch TV in a private area
Upstairs, you are surrounded by 360-degree windows with blackout shades, the upper level offers stunning natural light by day and serene privacy by night. While you fall asleep or wake up in the morning, watching the birds from your window is great fun.

Perfect Family Getaway
We loved our stay! Natalie and Ronald were so incredibly accommodating and attentive! Our teen daughters loved the outdoor yard games and hot tub! The pizza oven was a fabulous treat for our last night! We wanted a unique place to spend a few days away for Spring Break and this place absolutely delivered!! What an awesome concept they’ve created! Would highly recommend for families with older children or couples!

Amazing Stay at Aspen Unit
I never am one to leave reviews, but I had to because this stay was so amazing! Ron and Natalie were so friendly, hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed and were having the best stay possible.
The resort and property were wonderfully maintained and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the giant jacuzzi, the many yards games and making pizza's in the pizza oven. We loved being able to unwind and decompress for bit in nature. The Aspen Unit exceeded our expectations and looked even more stunning than the photos! It had everything we needed, plus more! I can't say enough good things about this resort! We will definitely be visiting again.
