Parking (Important Note)
• One free parking spot included at a secure Premium Parking lot about a 2‑minute walk from the building.
• Park in any unreserved spot; license plate registration required before Check-in.
• During peak UT or event nights, if the main lot is full Premium Parking will try to provide access to an alternate spot at one of the 2 parking lots nearby ( 5 mins walk).

• Self check‑in with a unique smart‑lock code sent before arrival, no need to meet in person or pick up keys.
• Detailed arrival instructions and parking directions are provided in your digital guide so you can go straight from car or rideshare to the door.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Available for a small fee and based on availability. Early check-in is typically 1+ hour earlier, and late checkout may be extended 1+ hour, depending on housekeeping. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS & PACKAGE HANDLING
If you leave behind personal items or receive packages by mistake, we’re happy to assist with return shipping. A $50 handling fee plus actual shipping cost applies. We hold items securely for 7 days from when we discover them. After 7 days, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.
CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED
No pets permitted. Strictly enforced.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a penalty of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
EXTRA PERSONS FEE
Only registered guests up to the maximum allowed are permitted. Any additional unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night. This policy is strictly enforced.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any evidence of parties & events hosted at the property will result in a Penalty of $800 to cover cleaning & damages.
