Hardwood floors, professionally cleaned carpet upstairs, open floor plans, kitchen and bathroom granite countertops, walk-in closet... East Austin laid back and upbeat vibe! Wak to great spots in Austin, walk/ bike to UT! Guest bikes, bus and a walking score of 85 too!
The house is a beautiful 3 bedroom-4 bath modern style residence in one of Austin's most sought after neighborhoods: Chestnut. It hosts up to 10 people.
3 fully furnished bedrooms each with attached bathrooms . Kitchen, living room, dining room and 3 outside patios are all furnished and stocked.
The place is quiet, central AC, tastefully decorated and safe.
Bars, restaurants and public transportation are within short walking distance hundred feet from the house.
You wont need a car at all unless you don't feel comfortable with public transport or biking. We'll provide you a bike and all information you'll need to have an awesome stay in Austin! We take great pride in hosting and show our love for Austin:)
