I recently stayed at La Quinta, and overall, the property itself was wonderful. Everything was spotless and looked to be brand new—from the lobby to the rooms, it was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were a top priority. I also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a nice variety of options.
However, I have to be honest about the customer service experience. While the hotel itself exceeded my expectations, the front desk personnel fell short. I’m not sure if it was just an off weekend, but the staff came across as extremely rude and unapproachable during my stay. It definitely put a damper on what would’ve otherwise been a perfect visit.
If the customer service had matched the quality of the property, this would’ve easily been a five-star experience.
