Great house with fun decor for our Bach trip! The rooftop is Everything! Owner was very accommodating and put a lot of work into making our stay a memorable one! Good location

Great House, Great Location

Our stay in Aus. at this property was a blast. The house is super convienently located between a few of Austin's hotspots. Walkable to some great local restaraunts, and a short (5-10 min drive/uber) to the main tourist spots. Only frustration was that we specifically booked a house that had 8 beds listed due to logistics with the size of our group. There were only 7 beds, despite 9 beds being listed. Not much was done to accomodate this inaccuracy in the post when it was brought to the host's attention. However the host was very responsive, and also let us check in early on the first day of the trip.

Stay in East Austin

House was great, there are a bunch of GREAT taco spots seconds away. Made it easy for the group to grab food as they pleased. Rooftop was awesome as well.

Austin Bachelor Weekend

Had an 11 guy Bachelor party weekend and the house was perfect. Great outdoor spaces with views. Everyone had a place to sleep and the house was equipped with everything we could need. Property management was on point with commutation.

Great spot for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 12 adults. While we technically fit and everyone had a space in a bed, having 12 people requires use of several trundle beds and an air mattress. This left veryyyy little space to put any of our belongings. We made it work by sliding suit cases under the beds but it was tight. We could have used more towels but there is a washer and dryer available, so we wound up washing to reuse them. The porch space at this property is awesome for hanging out. You have a great view of the skyline upstairs. Owner was very helpful and very communicative! Would stay again for sure, just probably with a slightly smaller group

Excellent for bachelor parties

The location, cleanliness, and most importantly the prompt responses from Preston made this an exceptional trip. The house has all the necessities, provided plenty of towels and amenities like an outdoor rooftop tv, patio chairs, yard games, and more. Overall a fantastic experience, and Preston made it easy to communicate logistics whenever we needed-and was super prompt in replying. 5/5 would recommend.

Bachelor Party/Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property while we celebrated a friend getting married. Not a lot of soft seating in 1st floor, but we didn’t plan on being in the home quite so much. Comfortable beds, even the trundles. There are spices, but salt and pepper not present. Coarse salt and pepper kernels were available but no grinder. Definitely recommend as you are close to some popular areas, just make sure you do a full inventory of items in the kitchen if you plan to cook.

Great Location

First time in Austin went well with the perfect location of this property! Enjoyed the upstairs balcony! Plenty of places to sleep for everyone. Preston did great on answering any questions!

Great location

This house was great! The view from the rooftop deck you cannot beat! The location was also a plus. 6-10 minute Uber ride to Rainey/Congress or a 20 minute scooter ride. Super clean and so many beds. There were three bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. We were worried that it wouldn’t be enough but it was totally fine. There was 7 of us that stayed in the house and it was perfect. A few things I would recommend is more mirrors. There is only one mirror upstairs and it’s not full length, hangers and black out curtains for the bedroom that leads to the deck upstairs. Other than that we left super happy and had a great time!

Great Experience

This unit had a great location, you could overlook downtown Austin from the roof. We enjoyed watching football on the roof and rode bikes around the river. Great food and bars all around. I highly recommend this location for anyone trying to enjoy what Austin has to offer

Cute little spot for our Bach trip!

Such a unique, cute property! Google assisted devices/speakers are spread throughout the home and are so easy to use. It was a little tough with 10 girls sharing two bathrooms, but overall roomy and spacious! The upper deck is slightly smaller than what it seems in pictures, and this isn’t the spot for you if you want an outdoor space for playing games. Only thing I wished for was some curtains on the windows to offer more privacy, but overall this was a great place to be. The shower amenities were great! I would stay here again!

Great place for a big group + awesome location!

I was a little worried this place would be too small for my group, but we had 10 of us and all fit super comfortably. The bedrooms were efficiently set up and we never felt like we were crammed in or on top of each other. Plus, we spent most of our time in the cool common areas, especially the amazing rooftop that has a view of the whole city. The location was also great- really close to the running/walking path around the lake and a ton of great restaurants.

The most incredible rooftop and house!

This place is incredible!! The rooftop has the best view of downtown I've ever seen in a rental—honestly like having your own rooftop bar, but better (and with a sound system and tv to boot)! The house itself is also beautiful, really nicely furnished and sleeps a bunch of people comfortably. It was awesome to have all the amenities of a house (parking, privacy, space) while also being so close to downtown. Preston was super responsive to all our requests both before and after we arrived! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Austin!
