All Decked Out on Lake Travis is a resort community in Point Venture, near Lago Vista, TX. 3 level townhouse. Upper level bunk room w/air hockey, arcade & games. Take in the views or watch an outdoor movie on one of 3 decks. Amenities include marina, pool, gym, 50 acre private park w/boat ramp, lake access, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts & floating restaurant, all less than a mile away. Bring your own boat or rent one in our marina. Great for families, friends & romantic getaways. Located west of Austin.

Gorgeous home with amazing views of Lake Travis. Renovated from top to bottom in August 2020. Lots of attention to detail in this rustic farmhouse/lake cozy decorated townhouse.

As you walk in the home, you are on the main level, which features an immaculate kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open concept to the dining and living rooms, where there is seating for your whole group. The cozy couch can be used for additional sleeping arrangements. Feel free to enjoy the Roku TV with several streaming options including Direct TV Streaming and Netfilx. The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom. Here you'll find a pack and play, booster seat, high chair, iron board and iron for your convenience. The deck on the main floor has a gas grill, grilling utensils, cooler, and seating to enjoy the wonderful lake views.

The lower level has one king bed with full bath en-suite, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer and everything you need to enjoy some time at at the park or on the courts, such as tennis rackets and balls, pickleball paddles and balls, a basketball, a football, a frisbee, a volleyball, beach towels, tubes, folding chairs, a collapsible wagon, a folding picnic table, noodles, hammock and rolling cooler. TV includes several streaming services to choose from. On this level, you'll also find a projector, DVD player and screen to watch outdoor movies on the spacious deck. Enjoy another great view of the Texas Hill Country with seating for everyone.

The upper level is a kid's (and adult's) paradise with air hockey table, arcade, lots of board games, a DVD player and DVDs, and a Roku TV with several streaming options. It has two twin bunk beds and a twin sofa bed and full bathroom. The deck on this level has the best views of Lake Travis.

Other features include WiFi, cooking necessities, coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, toaster, mixer, blender and griddle. All bedrooms provide linens, large dressers, nightstands, lamps and walk-in closets with hangers. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and personal care items.

The private park has a free boat ramp and courtesy dock and is open every day 6:00 a.m. - midnight. There is swimming/beach area, playground equipment, basketball and volleyball courts, a disc golf course and covered pavilion. The park is a great place to grill, hang out, let the kids swim, run around and play, but the best feature is the lake view, where you can catch a stunning sunset!

Guests will also have access to the Jr Olympic sized community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, library, golf course and much more.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning while taking in the lake views or nature in Point Venture!! Deer are also a welcoming sight throughout the day.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off the portable AC in the bunk room and put the remote back on the unit. Adjust the thermostat before departing (AC to 80 in summer and heat down to 58 depending on season).
Place all used towels and washcloths in laundry baskets in closets. Hand wash dishes it load and run dishwasher on the 1 hour cycle.
Return access cards to hooks by front door and return tv remotes to consoles. Turn off lights and lock top lock. Throw out leftovers and take out all garbage to green trash bins across the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guests may not be audible outside the walls of the townhouse and are not allowed to create a nuisance. Quiet time is after 11:00 p.m.
Do not hang towels or clothes on the balconies, railings or patio furniture. You can hang wet clothes in the laundry room or a bathroom.

Lake Travis

Loved the stay at Lake Travis. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious, a bathroom on every floor and the game room was perfect for kids. Loved the drive up beach as well.

Perfect Getaway

Just want to say, this was a perfect mini getaway with me and my friends. Waking up and seeing the lake in the distance and the sunlight hit off of it was a bonus. Our host was very accommodating and was in constant communication with us if things were not in order or just to check in with us. Highly recommend you give this property a chance.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our daughter is attneding graduate school in Austin. We live in Denver. We wanted to spend some quality time with her. We met up with her, her boyfriend, and a couple of their friends. Our son flew out from Colorado. We drove. One day we rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina. The second day we went to the private beach and had water toys. It was a fun vacation. The condo was perfect. Well-equipped and convenient location. Communicating with Kandice was very good and she responded quickly.

A Great Family Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 boys and one fiancée. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and offered beautiful views. Kandice is an excellent hostess- provided all necessary information to enjoy the house and area. She was super quick to respond to any questions. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO!

Home away from home

The condo is very well furnished with everything you need. It is larger than appears online. Perfect for a family. The lake was so low we didn’t have any beach access but the large Olympic sized pool was amazing. We ate at Captism Pete’s and it was delicious. We played golf and loved it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place but far from the fun

The place is super spacious tons of beds and a great view. Only downside is you’re about a hour from Austin. We use freedom boat club and most locations were 40 minutes or farther. Also we drive Tesla and the closest supercharger is 30-50 minutes. Aside from that the stay was great! Community Pool is beautiful! You must make time to go!

Excellent Property

All comments on Kandice are spot on! She is wonderful. Her home is absolutely wonderful. We stay at VRBO condo’s at least twice a year. The extra amenities provided are first rate. To name just a few; Towels, condiments, coffee makers, cleaning supplies, personal care items, comfortable outdoor seating and children’s games to name just a few. This is the best of the best. Amaxing place and owner

We had such an amazing time! The house was beautiful and the owner was sp kind and resposive. It was a late Christmas get together for my immediate family. First time in four years that we had been together at the same time. Perfect space for al of us! My boys young and opd also my grandson had so much fun with the air hockey table! We loved the acess to the park. My family had a great time with a great game of basketball and rock skipping competition at the lake. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation

Communication with owner was great. Kids loved the game room. Nice amenities. We would recommend planning to rent a golf cart as there isn’t a great path to the lake/community amenities. Would stay there again

Incredible place to stay and excellent communication with the host during our visit. The house had all the accommodations that anyone could need for a getaway trip. Although Lake Travis was closed for recreational use due to the recent weather events we still made the best of our time here. Definitely will be coming back for another visit. Thank you Kandice!

Beautiful home!

We had such a great time. Absolutely nothing was missing. "All decked out" is very accurate. We were even able to bake because the kitchen is equipped just like a home. The views from the decks are wonderful for a nice cup of early morning cofee.

Great Family Fun

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend for families. It had everything we needed and more as a family of six, four children under the ages of 8. This place has gorgeous views of the lake and we enjoyed spending time on the patios. The kids loved the upstairs game room with bunked beds and the vintage arcade game. We had plenty of game board options for a fun family game night. We also appreciated that this place offered all the things you could possibly need for a great trip - tennis racks/outdoor sporting equipment, essentials baby gear, chairs, and much more! We enjoyed the tennis courts, playground, the community pool, and the lake/beach access. We stayed during 4th of July, so we were able to watch the community parade, see fireworks from the patio, and participate in their community celebrations. The kitchen came stocked with many appliances and the gas grill was ready to go when we needed it. The host was very friendly and made communication easy. We would definitely enjoy another stay at this place in the future!

Fantastic get away!

Such an enjoyable and peaceful get away! Perfect privacy & quiet deck off the master bedroom for the adults. Awesome arrangement for our teen boys on the 3rd level with their own bathroom & games! Pickle ball was a blast in the evening & the lake was refreshing during the day. Kandice is kind, attentive & an excellent host! Will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

Spend several days at the lake with family and my son's friends. We had a great time. The property was in a great community with so much to do. Everything was easy to get to, especially with a golf cart. The townhome had a lot of space and loved how it was 3 levels. The teenagers were on the 3rd floor and it had so much room. The owners were very good at communicating everything. The best part of the trip was our twice daily deer visitors!!!!
