    Our home is downtown in historic East Austin, minutes from the UT campus and stadiums, 6th Street, the Texas State Capitol, the Convention Center, and the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum. Walk to some of the best eateries in town (just a hop, skip, and jump from famous Franklin's BBQ), then take it up to the roof for sunrises and sunsets. No car needed. The home is comfortable and spacious, made so friends and family can enjoy being under one roof.

    Catch live music and country dancing nearby. Within two miles you can enjoy South Congress for vintage and luxury shopping or visit the iconic Continental Club for some of the best live music. Walk the trails on Lady Bird Lake. Rideshares are minutes away, so you are right in the buzz without a rental car.

Great Spot

This place was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We were able to walk almost everywhere in the Central and DT Austin area. Highly recommend this property to all travelers.

Austin TX get a way

Wow! Is the best way to describe this home. Perfectly located to all the fun and walkable to Franklin BBQ. Came with family for birthday weekend. The home was emasculate. Huge kitchen where we made breakfast our first morning. Enjoyed the second floor patio on the evening for a nightcap. Our host went over and beyond at checkin. Happen to run into her and welcomed us with open arms. We plan on coming back next year and will for sure be booking here. A true hidden gem.

AMAZING HOUSE - Simply Perfect

We were a bachelor party of 12 and could not have asked for a better house for the weekend. Saved a ton of money on Ubers with the most popular restaurants and bars in Austin all a 5 to 20 min walk (Rainey, East 6th, Dirty 6th). The house was SPOTLESS, with tons of beds and baths for a very comfortable weekend. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Great House! Would book again

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and it was great. Loved the upstairs deck and it was a close Uber ride to all of our Austin activities.

Great Location for our bachelor party of 8, with amply activities within walking or biking distance. Very clean and we had a few different areas to gather in the house. plenty of beds and baths for the whole group.

Location, location, location!

Couldn't ask for a better spot in Austin. The house is close to all the various neighborhoods in the city, so its an easy car, scooter or bike ride to get to where you need to go. And there was plenty of indoor/outdoor space for our group of 10 who were in town for a long weekend!

Awesome Central Location

This house was great for our group of 10. Spacious and very clean. The location is perfect for getting around Austin, and there is a good amount in walking distance (highly recommend Paperboy for brunch). There is a big construction project going on across the street, but it did not disturb us too much.

Location is amazing as it's in East Austin which has many cool restaurants, shops and bars within a few min walk. Downtown is also very accessible by a short scooter, cab or 15 min walk. The property was amazing, very functionality and came with all the amenities. Definitely would stay again.

Great for Large Groups and Perfect Location!

I was planning a trip for 8 people and wanted to pick a spot that could sleep everyone comfortably, I couldn't have picked a better spot. Between the hospitality from the property manager and the proximity it was from everything, it filled our every need. The house was super accessible for both entertaining and sleeping everyone in our group comfortably. It was walking distance from some of the major streets in Downtown Austin and also amazing BBQ. I was also really impressed by the quality of the house from the furnishing to the linens. They also made sure that every detail was covered and that there were plenty of amenities available to cater to our groups basic needs. I would highly recommend this rental and will be looking to rebook in the coming years.

Everything we needed

This house was a great fit for us. A very large group of guys had enough room to be comfortable for three days. The second floor porch got a lot of use in the Austin sun.

Spacious property. Everything our group needed!

This was a great property for my friends and I during my bachelor party. Keypad on the main door makes it easy to enter/exit for the entire group. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for all 9 of us to comfortably sleep and get ready without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend!
