We stayed at the Driskill for 3 days. The staff was friendly and the services were exceptional. The only real negative was the maintenance. Half the main floor was curtained off for construction/maintenance.

The hotel is totally under construction so all there is to offer is just a room in the new building which you’ll need to take 2 sets of elevators to get to. No lounge to socialize in and the lobby is basically empty. Don’t waste your time staying there until they get the hotel in a suitable condition. Very Sad we weren’t given these details in advance, the hotel staff members didn’t have much to say about any of this.

Hotel is under construction did not know this until we arrived. Was charged a $30 resort fee for every day of our stay for a hotel under construction is ridiculous. No ironing board or steamer in the rooms, called down to front desk they never brought one up had to go down to desk to ask because the front desk was not answering the phone. The cafe food was amazing and the bell hops were so friendly. I would not book this property until the construction is completed. I really would have enjoyed seeing it before the renovation started.

Well this was an interesting hotel when we checked in it was great but after we got back from being downtown and exploring the city we parked in the handicap in front of the building and thengot to the door the attendant asked if have a room here he was so disrespectful and rude for judging me no reason to judge my family and myself

I love it! Definitely will be back! Everyone was so nice, from the check in all the way to the valet. Everyone seems to really enjoy their! I love it and I absolutely love their breakfast. This hotel has also has a great eye for detail. Can’t wait to go back!
