Amazing location

The great location, cleanliness, beautiful house, and amazing view of the water made our stay truly unforgettable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to grill out on the patio. Drinking coffee while sitting on the deck was a great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Austin. It was a perfect spot to unwind and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.

Relaxing Trip

This house was perfect for our weekend trip to Austin. Being able to sit on the back porch and just watch the boats go by on the lake was so relaxing. We really enjoyed it. The house location gave us easy access to the city but we also felt like we were outside the hustle and bustle. The property manager, Dennis, was great and very helpful.

Relaxing retreat on Lake Austin!

The Lake Austin house is amazing with a great view overlooking Lake Austin. We have stayed before and enjoying bringing our boat for a weekend getaway. This is our favorite spot for a nice weekend break and our kids love coming back to play on the water trampoline and get time on the lake!!

Peacefully relaxing on the lake

House was very well kept and had an amazing view on the lake. We were able to swim, cookout and relax with no distractions. House is located on Lake Austin in a super quiet neighborhood with a view of the 360 bridge. (From the dock) Check in was super easy and property manager was great. Next time we are bringing the fishing poles so we can enjoy the lake even more. Will definitely be renting here again if available!

Perfect and beautiful stay on Lake Austin!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful house on Lake Austin. The owner is excellent to work with and the property manager was very helpful getting our boat on the lake and into the boat lift. The house is always very clean and the view is insane. We enjoy BBQing on the boat dock with the family and kayaking as well. We are looking forward to our stay again next year!!

Best stay in Austin!

We regularly come to Austin for tennis tournaments, and this was our favorite place we have tried so far. We always like to walk in the mornings and evenings, and the neighborhood was perfect for it. Very safe, and lots of neighbors walked regularly. The backyard was perfect for our dog, and he also enjoyed the walks. Very low traffic and good space. The house itself was clean and as advertised, and communication with the owner and property manager was good.

July 4th weekend

Beautiful and convenient location. The place just needs a little updating and love. All the grills had some burners that were out. The dock needs to be cleaned and sprayed for spiders. The dock furniture needs updating. It was dirty and not very comfortable for the price. No issues inside the house. Communication with owner and property manager was great. Both were responsive and helpful. Good overall time. Would book again especially if outdoor dock furniture was updated.

Renter Beware!

The location is amazing. But the place was packed full of the owners junk and every single drawer and closet. No room for renters. And you felt like you were invading someone’s home. The sheets were gritty. And there was the owners food in the refrigerator. Definitely not welcoming for renters. Property managers, a great guy, but sometimes took quite a while to respond. One of the weirdest VRBO experiences we’ve ever had.

Lake Austin

Jerry (the host) and Dennis (the property manager) were very easy to work with. My wife and I were visiting our son and his wife in Austin. The average temp was going to be about 102 degrees. We opted on finding a house on Lake Austin. Jerry’s property sits right on the main portion. Between jet skis that were delivered direct to the dock by 360 Splash, the paddle board on premise, and the Lily Pad on premise, we spent most of the time on or near the water. The house easily accommodated the four of us and my son’s dog Holden. We would certainly rent with Jerry again. Thanks for a great experience!

Did someone say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION?!

Great location! Convenient location that makes it easy to run to the store or explore everything ATX has to offer. The house is on the main strip of the lake, which makes it awesome for boat and water sport watching during the day. And the tranquil mornings and evenings are perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. The outdoors space is amazing secured with a gate with direct access to the lake, tied off lily pad, and paddleboards. I believe they are doing some work on the house, but it has everything you will need during the stay. Jerry the owner was outstanding and willing to work with me on bringing my pup and late checkout. Dennis the property manager lives a couple houses down and was very attentive throughout our stay. The neighbors and renter of casita on connected lot were also super nice and helpful. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a super chill vaca / stay-cation filled with good vibes and positive energy.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for a wedding. With young kids, a hotel would’ve been boring. The lake was great and kept our kids busy. The lawn was very nice too. Three good bedrooms and a study where we placed our toddler in a pack and play. Nice kitchen. Good dining areas.

Great Lake visit

We had a great stay at the lake celebrating Thanksgiving with family. Kitchen was stocked with the utensils needed for preparing meals. The three beds we used were comfortable. We loved the beautiful lake views and kayaking each day. The home owner does live at this property so his things are there. Jerry and Dennis were accommodating and communication was easy. Thank you!

Lake property

Great 4 bedroom property. We rented the house and boat dock for long weekend for family. Great water access to play with kids, beautiful views of lake Austin and 360 Bridge, upper deck of boat dock for dinner and games. Bedrooms all have own bathroom. 4th bedroom is in casita. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, great stove and large refrigerator. Plenty of places to lounge and relax and enjoy views of lake.

Unbeatable hospitality!!!

Our family had 6 in total with a couple of our dogs & this house was PERFECT for us! The property is exactly as advertised and you couldn’t find a better location. The property manager was more than helpful whenever we had an issue with our boat trailer right as we were arriving. He helped fix it for well over an hour to ensure we had a great start to our vacation. We hope to make this place a summer tradition!

Great location!

The location was great! We were right on the water. The home was great as well. Plenty of room with areas to lounge. Just had a couple of things that happened. We thought the boat slip was available but when we arrived they told us it was rented out. So we had to leave the boat in the water the weekend. Secondly the plumbing had major issues. The shower would fill up in the main bathroom and then water would start coming up from the toilets in all the other restrooms in the main home. That was a major disappointment being we didn’t know how or where that water exactly came from was a concern. Can someone reach out to me so we can discuss this matter. Thank you,

Wonderful graduation weekend

We rented this place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UT. It was a mini family reunion and the house was perfect. We really enjoyed being that close to the water and having all of the amenities inside the house. Jerry and his property manager were awesome. It was a perfect celebration.

Covid Getaway to Lake Austin

Our family and dog had a wonderful time. The house is great and very comfortable for a family. The backyard is good sized, and we were able to also use the next door property backyard as well. Sits on Lake Austin with a very nice view. Owner was available by phone/text to answer any house related questions as needed.

Amazing lake house

This house made our Labor Day weekend very enjoyable and accommodating for a group of us. The house is clean and spacious and had a lot of amenities to offer, such as, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill and a lilly pad float (along with other lake-fun amenities). They even had some sanitizer and disposable face masks on hand. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay on Lake Austin. We had open communication with Jerry (the owner) Would definitely rent from Jerry again!
