"Everything was good."

"The hot tub does not get hot at all. In fact the entire water in room 111 was lukewarm so I checked out early and requested a refund. "

"The room was clean and the area feels safe. We have stayed here many times without issues. Our room was not up to snuff this time. One lamp had a light bulb out and the toilet ran all-the-time. The pool and hot tub were great, parking is a breeze and the area is quite even though it's close to the freeway. We will stay again. "

"The location is great; close to two excellent malls, along with restaurants and small businesses within walking distance. The hotel was extremely clean (and smelked great), and staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room. Only knock was the cost to park a vehicle. I had called pre-stay and someone told me it was $22 per night; when I checked in, the cost was $48 per night. It caused me to cancel my rental car and use ride share transportation instead."

"The room was very dirty upon arrival, and several things in the room were broken or not working properly. The property was also extremely misleading online. The listing made it appear to be a modern Hollywood-style hotel because of the photos and décor, but in reality it was an outdated motel that felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unpleasant overall. The staff was rude, and mornings were very loud, making it difficult to sleep or rest comfortably because of the constant noise around the property. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and very short hours from 7–9 a.m. Most hotels offer breakfast for a longer period, so this felt inconvenient. Parking was also difficult, as there were very few available spaces and it was hard to find parking. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not match the way the property was advertised online."
