Very clean, looks freshly remodeled, big bathrooms, great air conditioning! It’s on the Main Street but on the farther end so it’s quiet at night. Excellent black out shades and comfortable bed. Would recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon HH on deck with beautiful views of the Harbor. Walking distance to shops, Vons, and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again.

Location was excellent. Room and property were clean. Staff was helpful. Very quiet in our courtyard room. Good shower. Room was a bit small with very cheap furniture. Our room was not serviced each day. Had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk. Expected a little more for the price. Overall a good find. Would stay there again because of convenience.

The location of Bellanca is super convenient yet not in the busier area on Crescent. We used the free bikes twice to ride the beautiful route to Descanso beach club. The rooftop was nice for watching the sun set. The only negative is that the room carpet felt like it could use a good cleaning. We would stay again.

Great stay! We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our bags behind. We also enjoyed use of the complimentary bikes to enjoy Lover's Cove! Staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed a great lunch at The Naught Fox downstairs

The hotel was fantastic. Great location with beautiful views. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was very comfy and air condition worked well. I would stay here again when we go back to Catalina.

Location was top tier. Very walkable to all of the prime spots that you would want to see in Avalon. The bar/restaurant that is in the hotel is also a nice amenity that you can enjoy, facing the beach side.
