Escape to a luxury 5-bedroom house in Avalon with a brand new POOL being built now! This beautiful property features a chef's kitchen with a large eat on counter with seating for 4, 2 decks, 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms with: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk twin over double bed, and 2 twin beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
There are 2 decks - one large one off the main floor with a large eat on table, chairs and umbrella. The other is off the 3rd floor master bedroom and has chairs. There is a grill, nice outdoor shower, and large sized washer/dryer.
This is a park/walk location - steps from the beach/bay/all restaurants and stores. Enjoy your time in Avalon at our lovely home that sleeps 11.

I encourage you all to consider staying at this beautiful beach rental. The home is incredible! The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook for a small or large group. If you prefer to bring food in, the seating is spacious and lovely. Mattresses are high quality and very comfortable. The owner of this property had great communication with us before our stay and also while we were staying at her home. She was amazing! 5
