The host was friendly and very attentive. It was so lovely, with even a Christmas tree up in the living room for a warm holiday feeling. I am away from my family, and this home made me feel happy and relaxed. "

"This hotel is in need of a makeover. It just looks old. The night clerk that checked us in wasn't very friendly. He acted like he didn't want to be there. He answered our questions with mostly one word answers. He didn't greet us and had poor customer relation skills. The rest of the people that manned the desk were very friendly and helpful."
