Beautiful hotel in center of Avignon old city. Excellent staff throughout. Bistro meal was superb and breakfast was too! Only stayed one night but would have liked to have stayed longer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The classic room was small, perfunctory and old - but very adequate. Breakfast was delicious and a highlight. Dinner at La Vieille Fontaine was also delicious with very interesting tastes and an excellent bottle of wine.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just inside the city walls. It is easy to walk to restaurants and places of interest. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are lovely. We were joining a river cruise and our boat was an easy 10-minute walk away.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city and walk to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. It is in a beautiful small square easily accesible by car. The valet parking service worked very well. The staff in the reception area were really nice and helpful. Patrick helped us with our luggage and was outstanding. The building has a lot of history and character. However, the buffet breakfast was not one from a five star hotel, especially the service which was disorganized and slow. Tables were not set, cutlery, glasses were missing and had to ask for them, etc. The bistro at night lacked ambiance, to the point that after a few minutes we decided to look for another restaurant in the area. Wifi service in the room was not good.

Loved the hotel. It is in a good spot for what we needed, beautiful property with very interesting history. Loved the courtyard and the staff were amazing. Do not pay for the breakfast. It was mediocre at best and was 30 a person. Very sad about that. Other than the bad breakfast, it was wonderful. I would stay again.
