Cela fait quelques années que nous choisissons cet hôtel, Novotel Centre, pour nous rendre à Avignon Cité des papes il est situé tout près de la gare, et surtout en face des remparts et donc très central tout est à proximité c’est top. Nous apprécions particulièrement sa situation géographique, tout comme le confort, la propreté des chambres qui sont très bien équipées avec un frigo, un plateau café très appréciable, une baignoire si besoin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles avec de nombreux rangements. Les gels douche et shampooing sont de la marque Rituals, ce qui donne un plus. Il faut savoir qu’il y a aussi une piscine découverte et un spa, une salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est très bon juste un petit peu cher, mais il y a beaucoup de variétés les produits sont plutôt bons. Autre chose il y a la possibilité de se garer soit sur leur parking privé, soit à l’extérieur juste devant l’hôtel et c’est gratuit donc ce n’est pas à négliger car on peut tout faire à pied.

Hôtel agréable très bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. L’hôtel est plutôt moderne et propre mais de nombreux infrastructures manque d’entretien. Ascenseur en panne, fontaine d’eau non fonctionnel à l'étage. Suivant les chambres pour notre par le douche balnéothérapie ne fonctionne pas, la vitre de la douche idem et le frigo ne refroidit pas mais la chambre reste propre agréable et bien insonorisé. Merci à l’équipe qui est très agréable pour l’accueil

Vask av bad kunne vært betraktelig bedre; striper av gammel moro nedover vegger og hårrester på toalettet. Resten av rommet var veldig fint! Rommet ble ikke vasket underveis - vaskepersonalet hadde hengt opp skilt på døren om at vi ikke ønsker vask, mens vi var ute av hotellet.

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying at this conveniently located property which was walkable to the train station and all the restaurants. The breakfast was included and was really good! Overall the rooms are great, spacious.

Bus tourists make breakfast unavailable

This could have been a nice hotel, but management does not seem to be able to manage bus loads properly. They should assign a separate breakfast room and buffet if they allow the hotel to be overwhelmed by these bus tourists. On saturday, no proper breakfast was available due to this. On the other days of our stay, the breakfast buffet was not what we expect from a Novotel. Mostly sugared pastries and fat foot, almost no choice of healthier breads
