Not great but ok - NOT 4 stars. More like 3

Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach.

Terrible hotel

This hotel is totally different to that shown on its website. There are no pretty lights outside that illuminate it. It is described as being comfy & stylish, it is any thing but. There is no restaurant, save a room where they serve a cold breakfast. There is no bar, there are no mattress’s for the sun beds, no amenities at all. This is certainly not a four star hotel. We feel we were totally fooled by their website and although we had paid for a 4 night relaxing break, we had to leave after only one night.

À proximité de Noto et de la plage

Le personnel est très serviable. Les chambres sont grande avec 1 grand lit et 1 lit simple. Nous étions presque seul dans l'hôtel (fin de saison je pense) donc pas de resto ni le bar et piscine fermée. L'hôtel est un peu à l'extérieur de la ville donc assez calme mais sans voiture cela doit-être compliqué. La déco des chambres date un peu et je pense pas qu'elles ne sont pas tres insonorisées. Maintenant c'était le moins cher de notre séjour donc correct.

L'albergo pur avendo grandi potenzialità, era al di sotto di quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle. L'arredamento delle stanze è fin troppo minimalista, ma sono grandi e pulite. La piscina è bella, ma il bar è praticamente inutile visto la scarsa offerta disponibile. Insomma potrebbero migliorare molto.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto questa bella struttura per fare una vacanza al mare ad Avola. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, entrando molto verde con ampio parcheggio due bellissime piscine e poi la splendida e cordiale accoglienza da parte dei receptionists due simpaticissimi ragazzi! Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo.

Buena experiencia

Hotel tranquilo y agradable cerca de Avola. Bien situado para visitar el Sureste de la isla. Recepcion amable y servicial. Habitacion y baño espaciosos. Servicio de comida y cena en edificio anexo con precios normales. Buena zona de piscina. Solo dis cosas como critica; en la piscina hamacas defectuosas e incómodas. Desayuno muy básico, aunque si bien es cierto, por 8 € tampoco ae puede pedir mucho mas.

Entre Avola et la mer

Un hôtel très propre et une hôtesse d'accueil super, qui connait tout sur la région et donne de très bonnes informations. Début octobre c'est le début de la morne saison et la piscine (en photo) n'était pas praticable. De même la quasi totalité des chambres sont disponibles. Hôtel situé proche de la mer, mais nécessite une voiture pour y aller. 2 possibilités de plage le "Lido d'Avola" qui est le mieux car des restaurants excellents donnent sur la plage et le "Lido de Notto" sans restaurants mais une camionnette de "gelatis" et d'eau...

Ottimo soggiorno

La posizione è strategica, ideale per chi vuole raggiungere in auto le principali attrazioni della zona (Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi) e le località balneari più belle della Sicilia orientale. Grande punto di forza è lo staff, che si è mostrato costantemente accogliente e disponibile in relazione a qualsiasi esigenza, senza eccezioni. Camere spaziose, buona colazione, area piscina gradevole.

La struttura si presenta bene, con architettura moderna, ampio parcheggio, bella piscina con 2 aree (una per bambini, una per adulti). C'è anche una discoteca, ma non uyilizxabile al momento per le redtrizioni Covid19. Posizionato alla periferia sud di Avola garatisce tranquillità, ma per gli spostamenti è necessario un mezzo proprio (le spiaggie più belle fella zona, il centro di Avola e Noto di raggiungono al più in 15 minuti in auto). Le stanze sono ampie con aria condizionata e ben insonorizxate. Arredamento non all'altezza delle 4 stelle. Bagno ampio e ben pulito. La colazione forse è un po' cara (10€/pax) per un cornetto (la sera prima potete scegliere la farcitura), caffè o cappuccino, succo di frutta... d'altronde le comodità si pagano... Personale cortese, disponibile e preparato: fatevi consigliare per le vostre escursioni.
