Located on the fifth floor of Beaver Creek Lodge, this single-level residence offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an additional half bathroom, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests. The generous 2,328-square-foot layout creates a comfortable setting for extended family vacations, ski trips with friends, and memorable mountain gatherings.
Whether you`re spending the afternoon exploring Beaver Creek Village, returning from a day on the slopes, or simply enjoying a quiet evening indoors, the residence provides an inviting place to settle in and reconnect.

QUIET HOURS
This residence is located within a shared resort community. Please be considerate of neighbors and other lodge guests. Parties and events are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

PETS
This is a pet-friendly residence! Please ensure your furry friend is included on your reservation and clean up after them throughout your stay.

PARKING
Garage parking is available for up to two vehicles. Guests must coordinate with the hotel for the current garage access code.

The residence is located on the fifth floor of Beaver Creek Lodge and is accessible by elevator. All interior living spaces are on one level.

One king bedroom has a separate exterior entrance, providing additional privacy for guests traveling together.

The home features central air conditioning and heating, with thermostat controls located in the hallway and primary bedroom.**

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on arrival day through your digital guest guide. Requests depend on availability and the cleaning schedule. If approved, a $50 fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests must vacate by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
A complimentary starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during extended stays.

BELONGINGS
Please check for personal belongings before departure. A $30 fee plus shipping applies to items returned after checkout.

PROPANE & FIREWOOD
We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons. Please check the propane tank before using the grill. If a refill is needed, contact our team, and we`ll be happy to reimburse you.
