The Space:

Welcome to your cozy mountain getaway, nestled in the beautiful town of Avon. Our condo offers a harmonious blend of comfort and adventure, with easy ski access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a warm, inviting space to unwind after an active day.

Strategically located less than half a mile from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift, and just across the street from the free bus shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort, adventure is truly at your doorstep. Our apartment is also an ideal base to explore numerous nearby hiking trails and the charming neighboring towns of Edwards and Vail.

Our LIVING ROOM is the heart of the condo - a warm and inviting space where you can relax next to the crackling wood-burning fireplace. Sink into the comfortable leather sofa, sip a steaming cup of cocoa, and immerse yourself in a good movie on our flat-screen TV.

The KITCHEN AND DINING area are perfectly equipped for your stay. Whether you fancy a quick bite or a full-fledged home-cooked meal, our kitchen, complete with standard appliances and ample storage, has you covered. Gather around the dining table that seats six, creating memories over delicious meals or engaging board games.

When summer arrives, the Eagle River, just a stone's throw away, becomes a hotspot for fishing and rafting. Enjoy the conveniences of Avon, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds us, no matter the season.

Our apartment is located less than half a mile from the Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift, making it an ideal spot for skiing enthusiasts. The free shuttle bus stop to Beaver Creek Resort is just across the street, providing an effortless way to reach the slopes.

For those looking to explore the local area, Avon's town center is just a short walk or drive away. There, you'll find an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The neighboring towns of Edwards and Vail are also easily accessible by car for further exploration.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to numerous hiking and biking trails in the area. And during the summer, the Eagle River right outside of our condo is a great spot for fishing and rafting.

Parking: Enjoy free parking for up to two vehicles. Need space for a third car? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along for the adventure! We welcome pets for a flat fee of $60 per stay.
