Just purchased, lovely home. In process of fully furnishing. Renting 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 occupant per room. Bedrooms w/ locked doors & privacy. Possible that 2nd bedroom will be unoccupied. Lake rights, with occupancy. State Route 17. Set back from the street, private driveway. Close: School of Nursing. Close to all shopping and dining. Sebring International Raceway 9 miles away. View of Orange Groves. Plenty of shade including under old Southern Spanish Moss tree.
