Buffet dinner and breakfast both were nice but I was asked to pay 5500 jpy for an upgrade to get a room on higher floor. I declined the offer and when I got into my room i realised I got a room with no view at all. I paid hkd 2100 for the room- with zero view.

The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday.

Groot hotel met grote kamers. Je kan in het hotel ontbijten-lunchen-dineren maar je moet wel reserveren. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn geen eetgelegenheden voor ‘s avonds. Zwembad/spa en kascomplex moet apart betaald worden. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding ver onder de maat.
