  • Beautiful apartment, ground floor with private garden (48 m2), in Urbanización Costa Esuri, directly beside a golf club. Own parking slot, common green area and swimming pool (for adults and for children), security in the whole residential area. Very quiet atmosphare.

    The appartment is equiped with air conditioning/central heating, mosquito nets, first quality furniture, private garden, washing place beside the kitchen, two complete bathrooms and two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.
    From the saloon you have access to the private garden through the 20m2 Loggia. The private garden has a door to access the common green area and pools.
