Between the lake and the mountains, a vacation resort set in a 3,000 m² forest park

  • In a renovated 19th-century farmhouse in the heart of the Savoyard foothills, a semi-detached cottage opens onto a 3000 m² unfenced parkland comprising gardens and an orchard, offering a true immersion in the countryside. Located between lake and mountains, this site is ideal for walks, hikes, cycling, mountain biking, and water sports (the Pré d'Argent beach on Lake Aiguebelette is 3.1 km away). Owners Anne and Alain invite you to share their swimming pool, which is to be respected. It's a place for socializing and conversation, or simply for moments of peace and quiet. The cottage is on two levels in the adjoining house next to the owners' house, with independent access. First floor: kitchen, living/dining room with access to the terrace, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (shower with toilet). 2 private parking spaces. Swimming pool shared with the owners (unheated pool, dimensions 9m x 4m x 1.80m, infrared alarm). Private terrace in front of the cottage. Property secured by CCTV. Non-smoking cottage.
