QUIETLY SITUATED VACATION HOME

  • Pretty little house located in a quiet hamlet to enjoy a relaxing holiday for two or even four people on one level renovated with 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), living room with sofa bed (2 seats) and equipped kitchen area (oven, MO, LV), combined fridge/freezer, shower room-WC (washing machine), TV, free Wi-Fi. Electric heating included / insert fireplace. Garden shed for bicycle storage if needed. Small terrace adjoining the house; large enclosed garden for barbecue. Cleaning at an additional cost if it is not done by the tenant before departure. Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge.
    3 km from the centre of the village of Azerables, you have all the basic shops (mini-market, bakery, delicatessen/butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, ...), petanque court, free tennis court. 6km away, La Chaume pond: fishing and outdoor games for children. Many hiking and mountain biking trails in the surrounding area. 15 km from La Souterraine, many services await you: shops, cinema, aquatic center, ...
