A former stable, this apartment building, which has been owned by the owner's family for several generations, has been restored in order to convert it into a gîte. Its original structure on four levels makes it a cozy place to unwind. The visitor enters the house by the mezzanine on which the kitchen is arranged. A staircase of a few steps leads to the living room below. It accesses the floor by a miller's staircase, to find a room with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom and WC are separated on the mezzanine.

The exteriors give access to a terrace, and to a garden with built-in barbecue. It is possible to park a vehicle safely in the driveway.

The house is independent, not terraced and overlooks a private alley, dead end. The calm is total.

The cottage is located 200 meters from the municipal swimming pool and tennis court, set up in a green theater.

You will be very well positioned in relation to the prehistoric sites, Montignac, Lascaux, Hautefort, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, the Vézère man valley and the Dordogne valley and its castles.
