"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"Beautiful vibrant hotel. Really enjoyed the lounge on the first floor, a great place to hang out meet people and have a small bite with drinks. Our room was clean bright and very comfortable."

"Stayed for Halloween weekend without knowing there was going to be a MAJOR Halloween Party at the Hotel, which was a nice surprise until wewanted to get 4 hours of sleep before check out time… Be aware that rooms are not soundproof like advertised. "The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."

"The check in was online and I love that part , place was very clean and had everything inside I needed for comfortable stay ! Loved having full kitchen to use !"

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"Stayed halloween night, great value and perfect location for what we needed. We stayed in room 5 with private bathroom. Quiet, comfortable bed. Would recommend and stay again."

"super location, lovely hotel"

"I don’t like that you keep on signing to the hotel’s WiFi when you come back to the hotel. There’s no gym too."

"The AC never let the room get to a comfortable temperature. We prepaid for breakfast. Breakfast was average at best. Limited options that were not that well prepared. And the service was completely inadequate. It took inexcusable time to place order and get served. We put up with it the first day and skipped it on day two and three."

"I’ve stayed here so many times and I’ve never had a miss. The staff is great and you know exactly what to expect during your stay. 10/10."
