Unser Haus liegt im Ortsteil Berbling ca. 2 km entfernt von Bad Aibling. Nach einem Ausflug können Sie sich im großen Garten auf Liegestühlen entspannen, während Ihre Kinder sich an den Spielgeräten (Sandkasten, Trampolin) vergnügen. Unsere drei freilaufenden Hasen freuen sich jederzeit über Streicheleinheiten. Mit ein paar Schritten erreichen Sie eine Gastwirtschaft mit schönem Biergarten. Berbling bietet auch einen gepflegten Fussballplatz und einen Beachvolleyballplatz. Wanderwege und Nordic-Walking- Strecken sind ausgeschildert. Auch einen Besuch ist die schöne Kirche in Berbling wert, die im Rokkokostil erbaut wurde und in der Wilhelm Leibl die "Drei betenden Frauen" malte.
