Welcome to the charming Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children across three floors, featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. One pet is welcome for an extra fee.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a home office workspace, TV, children’s books and toys. For little ones, a crib and high chair are available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.
