Our stylishly furnished apartment welcomes you with bright rooms, high-quality amenities, and cozy comfort. Carefully selected details and warm colors create a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for settling in and feeling at ease.

In the combined living and sleeping area of the 3-room apartment, a comfortable box-spring bed and a cozy sleeper sofa with a high-quality mattress await you.

The second bedroom features another box-spring bed, a desk, and direct access to the balcony with a stunning mountain view—ideal for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—perfect for enjoying meals together in a cozy setting.

In the bright, sunlit bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub—perfect for a relaxing soak after an active day.

Families will also feel right at home here: A travel crib with a mattress and linens, a high chair, children’s tableware, books, toys, and a play mat are available upon request. A picnic blanket, badminton set, Frisbee, and board games are also available.

The House
Our vacation rental, featuring alpine chic, is located in an apartment building with an attached hotel. The building offers numerous amenities—including two elevators, a ski storage room and bike storage, a bike wash station, a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), as well as a wellness area with a pool, sauna, and relaxation room (for a fee). Breakfast can be booked at the adjoining hotel.

The Location
Our Cozy Bergblick 230 apartment is situated above the charming town of Bad Goisern—sunny, quiet, and with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Hiking trails lead directly from the house into nature; in town, there are cafés and restaurants, a spa park, a heated outdoor pool, and shopping options.

The surrounding area offers a unique combination of mountains, lakes, culture, and regional charm—in every season.
Hallstatt, the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 8 km away, as is the imperial town of Bad Ischl (10 km), St. Wolfgang on Lake Wolfgang (18 km), many crystal-clear lakes such as Lake Traunsee, Lake Attersee, or the Langbath Lakes, and the Dachstein-Krippenstein Adventure World with its spectacular “5fingers” viewing platform and the Mammoth and Giant Ice Caves are all nearby.

In winter, four ski resorts beckon: Dachstein West (Gosau), Krippenstein, Feuerkogel, and Loser, all of which are just 15–30 minutes away.
