"Wir haben zu fünft mit zwei Kindern für sechs Tage dort Urlaub gemacht. Die Kinder haben den Garten geliebt und man kann da schön den Abend ausklingen lassen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Bahnhof und der See sind in der Nähe, was es auch ohne Auto leicht macht. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten z.B Probleme mit dem Herd und direkt wurde ein Techniker geschickt und die Fehler behoben.Es war sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!"

"Perfect. Very happy with my single room. Clean room overlooking courtyard. Clear instructions. Careful on the staircase, it can be a bit crooked but apart from that everything very good. Appreciated the fan included with room. Small fridge very helpful, but puts out heat as well, warms the room in hot weather, minor inconvenience."

"As a full time world traveller staying in many hotels around the world, this has everything! Excellent location, a couple of minutes from harbour and train station in the middle of old town. Stunning rooms with high quality fittings and decor, everything in the right place too, like plug sockets and mirrors. The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it is fabulous. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The hotel has a fantastic location right on the lake, and the property itself is certainly unique. However, several practical issues affected our stay. The rooms became very stuffy during the hot summer days, and since there is no air conditioning or fan in the room, it was difficult to cool them down at night. The windows also lack mosquito screens, which makes it hard to leave them open for air circulation. There are not many amenities to speak of, although the breakfast and the restaurant overall are very good and priced accordingly. Overall, while the property has a special charm and a beautiful lakeside setting, we felt that it did not offer particularly good value. We stayed for five days because we had a prepaid arrangement; otherwise, we probably would have moved to a different property. It is a unique place, but for us, three days would have been enough."
