Kühlschrank fehlt, ansonsten ok.

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer ok wenn auch schon älter, Fernsehen und Bett aktueller Stand. Parkplatz am Hotel kostenfrei, Badebereich inclusive. Frühstücksbuffet 8 Tage nach Öffnung wg. Corona wieder sehr gut. Sehr bemüht. Nur: Kalte Getränke in einem Automat fehlen, die Zimmerkühlschränke wurden trotz 4 Sterne ohne Alternative abgeschafft. Hier sollte man für Ersatz oder Alternativen mit Automaten sorgen, wie es halt andere schon machen. Ansonsten, komme gerne wieder.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Es war nicht so sauber. ( Therme) Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht. Das Personal im Frühstüchsbereich schien nicht sehr engagiert. Der Ostsalat war schon gehören.

Personal unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Habe noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt, dass die komplette Belegschaft Frühs um 10:30 Uhr sich am Buffet bedient und nicht mal Guten Morgen sagt. Auch abends auf Terrasse kam niemand und hat gefragt. Ob man etwas bestellen möchte. Einige Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet, diese sind sehr schön, dass Reinigungspersonal ist leider nicht sehr gründlich und lieblos. SCHADE , das Hotel hat sehr viel Potential. Grund ist sicherlich auch die schlechte Führung. Check IN & OUT hatten wir mit der Dame aus der Direktion, nicht mal sie hat gefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren und beim Check IN würde auch nicht ordentlich erklärt.

Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück reichlich und gut. Das Sportangebot, Sauna und Wellness sehr gut.

Un hôtel pour les 65 ans et + Idéal pour une cure. Sinon passez votre chemin. Hôtel un peu cher pour le niveau de prestation (ptit dej moyen, chambre viellotes, pas d’eau ni de café dans les chambres. Un peu en dessous des standards de cette gamme de prix) Superbe piscine.

You have a nice view from the swimming pool, lots of trees and the hills around. The cosy room in the oldest part of the hotel, where we had a sumptuous breakfast. Nice gesture to procure everbody of our family with a water bottle at departure.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönem Wellnessbereich. Zimmer hingegen hatte mit dem Angebot leider wenig gemein. Lag im Altbau und war mehr als klein. Abgebildet bei der Buchung war Zimmer im Neubau.

Lovely hotel in a very pretty little village. It has a nice pool and garden area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and there was also a lot of parking. Nice little cafes, restaurants and shops 3 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Großes unübersichtliches Hotel mit Wellness

Schöne Sauna-und Schwimmbad-Landschaft, wenn man sich nicht verläuft. Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, aber ohne Mini-Bar. Da die Bar, ab 22:00 Uhr ist das Hotel vom Personal her ausgestorben, dann auch geschlossen ist, ist ein Bier etc. abends schwierig. Man kommt, da fast alles verschlossen ist, kaum rein und raus und draußen iist auch nichts mehr los. Morgens beim Frühstück habe ich den Altersdurchschnitt massiv nach unter verändert. (Bin 60 J. alt)

Gutes Frühstück, leider kleines Zimmer

Standart Zimmer war leider klein und dunkel, keine Deckenlampe im Zimmer und ein Nacht Licht defekt ( Zimmer 114). Zimmer Tausch aufgrund von online Buchung über Hotels.com nicht möglich. Kostenfreie Parkplätze. Gutes Frühstück mit tollen Brötchen weiter so. Schöner Sauna Bereich. Leider Probleme bei der Rechnungserstellung trotz Visitenkarte, dies ist unnötig. Zimmer etwas muffig. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück leider erst ab 7 Uhr möglich. Früheres Frühstück leider auf Nachfrage nicht möglich. Werde dieses Hotel trotzdem aufgrund von den guten Brötchen beim Frühstück wieder buchen.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Aktivurlaub

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Standard-Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das schöne Schwimmbad mit drei Becken und Whirlpool und den herrlichen Wellness-Bereich mit Dampfbad und verschiedenen Saunen haben wir nach unseren Wanderungen sehr genossen. Das Frühstück-Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Service war sehr gut.

Kurztrip am Wochende zum Wellness

Ich war am letzten Wochende mit meiner Mutter zum Wellness Wochende in diesem Haus. Der erste Eindruck war sehr einladend und freundlich. Nur als wir dann unser Zimmer bezogen, sind wir masslos endtäuscht worden. Dort war dann von Wellness keine Spur mehr ;-( Ich hatte über Expedia gebucht und ein Standart-Zimmer gewählt. Es war sehr klein, hatte keinen Balkon o.ä. um mal nasse Handtücher oder Badesachen aufzuhängen. Von den heissen Nächten kaum zu schweigen.... Mit der Bitte, an der Rezeption, evtl. einen Zimmerwechsel zu vollziehen, sind wir von der leider sehr unfreundlichen Dame, endtäuscht worden. Das Hotel wäre ja schließlich ausgebucht ( obwohl nie viele Besucher zu sehen waren ) und wir hätten ja auch nur Standart gebucht !!!!! O.K. dann war das halt so !!!!! Wir haben das beste daraus germacht. Die Anwendungen die wir bekommen haben waren dafür traumhaft und die Damen im Spa und Wellness Bereich waren sehr freundlich und nett. Auch die Therme lies keine Wünsche offen. Dort konnte man so richtig abschalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war auch sehr umfangreich. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl an frischer Wurst / Käse, Obst mit Jughurt / Quark, Marmeladen / Aufstriche, Müsli, Eiervarianten und die verschiedensten Brot und Brötchensorten. Sogar Kuchen, Donurts o.ä. war da ;-) Ich würde diesen Haus immer wieder für ein Wellness Aufenthalt buchen, aber auf jeden Fall mit einem anderen Zimmer !!!!!
