The room was well equipped and neat and tidy, right next to the baths. There is a small tourist Tax that must be paid when you arrive outside of the indicated fee, but it wasn't prohibitive.

Locate in quite courtyard 3 min walk from hot baths and 4 min to main square for eating and shopping! Air conditioning is as great!

This property was awesome! It was in a quiet courtyard in a beautiful area of shops and dining. The owners addressed all details. My only suggestion would be to have a picture of the front door and sign on the website so you were completely sure you are entering the correct location.

Googlemaps had an issue finding the property but after we found it, it was easy. Quick and easy checkin. Room is quite small but it was clean. Baden-Baden has a “spa” tax and guests must complete the form and submit the tax with cash or PayPal separately. Definitely a challenge if you don’t speak German!

The place was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but for one person it was fine. The toilet paper holder was broken but I emailed and they fixed it the day after.

Well appointed and very clean lol

Very close to the baths and parking was easy at the parking garage Owner was east to reach and helpful They called to let us know we left something in the room and we appreciated that very much!!

Hôtel propret mais [sans personnel à votre disposition] ; à la réservation, on vous envoie un code d’ouverture et pour accéder à la chambre. Dans la chambre, vous attend une petite clé magnétique, pratique, pour éviter de réutiliser les codes. La chambre était propre avec un lit confortable. Petit bémol : les chambres sont sans balcon et… la femme de ménage vient tambouriner à la porte à 10 heures alors que j’aurais aimé dormir plus longtemps.

Nuevo e impecable pero mal gestionado

La habitacion limpia, en muy buen estado, como nueva. Buena ubicacion. Pero el problema fue, y grave para nosotros, y ni siquiera se disculpo, que el codigo de la habitación que nos envio no funcionaba y no podiamos contactar con el anfitrion. No estaba su numero telefono en la informacion de la reserva, no contestaba a los mensajes por medio de Hotels, (Hotels tampoco nos resolvio el problema cuando contactamos con ellos)...estuvimos tirados mas de una hora en la calle sin saber que hacer, hasta que aparecio milagrosamente otro cliente que tenia su numero de telefono. El resto todo muy bien, pero el Self Check-in del que presume fue un desastre.
