"Everything was beyond expectations it is a place for everyone, solo travellers of all ages, groups and families. It caters for everyone. The staff were always friendly probably among the best hotel staff I have encountered so fair play to you all because you made it as much the experience. Out of the city centre bit this is perfect it's in a safe and quiet area"

"It was a great located hotel. Close to train and tram. You can even walk to the palace and city centre. Polite and helpful staff. I think breakfast could be improved. Longe queues and looked like the cooks struggled with the cooker they used. I would have enjoyed more fried egg options or sides."

"This was a fine hotel with a decent breakfast. Nothing really stood out to us and the check-in process was a bit annoying, having to check in on a touch screen and input our information ourselves. Overall, it wasn’t a bad hotel, but it wasn’t outstanding, either. Hence, the 4 stars."

"This hotel is 5 min walk from Vienna airport and across the street from the train terminal. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly, ready to answer all the questions you may have. The small bar with coffee and a few treats is great at 4 a.m in the morning. The best place to stay between connecting flights!"
